Helen Greatorex was appointed Head of Format Acquisitions in December 2022, leading Banijay’s dedicated acquisitions strategy.
Greaterox previously served as Senior Global Development Producer, working across several of Banijay’s key territories in supporting their unscripted pipelines, looking for opportunities to extend the potential of their IP within the wider footprint. Prior to this, she spent a year as a Format Manager across superbrand titles such as Big Brother, Hunted and Tempation Island.
Greatorex acted as Group Acquisitions Manager for Endemol Shine Group between 2014 and 2020. She is well-versed in recognising and bringing in unscripted titles with hit potential, with considerable deal-making and market experience. Outside Banijay, and building up her content know-how, she spent almost nine years at K7 Media, leaving as Director of Operations in 2014.

Pascal Dalton is Head of Partnerships, and Senior Vice President of Licensing at ITV Studios, Global Entertainment (ITVSGE). He is currently responsible for licensing IP in ITV Studios production territories and account managing ITV Studios’ owned UK prod cos and external parties.
He has worked across the global licensing of well-known TV formats including The Voice, I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!, The Chase, Love Island, and many others. Experienced in working internationally with broadcasters, streamers and production companies, Pascal has conducted business in the USA, UK, Australia, Netherlands, Middle East, France and Central and Eastern Europe.
Pascal was formerly Vice President of Global Formats Sales at ITVSGE where he was responsible for the company’s non-scripted and scripted formats strategy. This included building on ITV Studios’ current format sales and exploring new international production opportunities.
Previously, he was employed as Regional Sales Director, CEE at Endemol Shine Group. He oversaw licensing scripted, non-scripted formats and ancillary rights from the company’s IP. He was instrumental to business growth throughout 20 markets in the region, across titles such as Penoza, MasterChef, Deal or No Deal, Big Brother, The Wall and the rollout of the hit format Your Face Sounds Familiar.
Prior to Endemol Shine, Pascal worked as Head of Distribution for The Last Word, specializing in Advertiser Funded Programming, corporate production and TV Distribution. He was key in securing funding for Kenwood: Glamour Puds starring celebrity chef Eric Lanlard on SKY1.
His career started off in TV Production as a Runner and Camera Operator, after studying Film Studies at the University of Kent. He attended Gresham’s between 1993 – 1998 and was in Howson’s.

The studio creates, produces and distributes original scripted and unscripted content for the French and international market. The studio brings together the new generation of creative talents who disrupts the market and the best of executive producers.
WeMake has tied strategic alliances with creative studios for the development and production of both scripted and unscripted content among which NBC Alternative Studios, MGM and Fox for the US, Talpa Network (John de Mol) and Warner for the Dutch market and CJ&EM in Korea.
WeMake develops and produces for linear channels and streaming platforms among which;
Netflix, Prime Video, Discovery +, M6, France Télévisions, Canal + in France, SBS 6 and RTL4 in the Netherlands, NBC and Fox Studios in the US , Mediaset in Italy and the public channel 2M in Morrocco.
Bouchra is the only producer to have sold and produced unscripted originals to both Netflix and Prime Video in France.
Bouchra is also the first producer who has generated international formats from the MENA region which now travels to other markets .
Before founding WeMake, Bouchra Rejani was the C.O.O of Shine France (Newscorp-Elizabeth Murdoch), the leading TV French production company of hit formats (The Voice, Masterchef, The Island, Running Wild…) and of scripted shows (The Tunnel for Sky and Canal+).
Prior to this position, Bouchra was C.O.O of FremantleMedia France (Pop Idol, Got Talent, Going For Gold, Farmer Wants a Wife).
She started her media career in London as Project Manager at Fox FamilyWorlwide (Newscorp).
Before that, she graduated from Nantes Business School (Audencia) and worked for KMPG (Audit & M&A) for 3 years.
Bouchra strongly advocates for a better representation of the French Society on screen, to better promote diversity and inclusion.
She was part during four years of the local OFCOM (C.S.A) at the Diversity Observatory to push boundaries and set quotas.
She produced the award-winning series of short films (Citoyens Visibles) to promote the richness of diversity in France, which was broadcast on all French channels.
Born in Casablanca, and strong of her double culture, she promotes intercultural dialogue and cultural and economic bridges with the African continent.
She is Board Member of the French Union of Producers since last September 2020.
She is also the historical board member of the NGO’s PFDM (Pour les Femmes Dans Les Médias) to promote and mentor the new generation of young female leaders.
