Mr. Wendeln has been COO of Your Family Entertainment since December 1, 2019 and on the board of directors since June 1, 2020. He has many years of management experience in the media business through his positions at Tele München Group and ProSiebenSat.1 Group. At Tele München Gruppe (now part of Leonine), he developed and led the first VOD channel “Filmtastic” as well as the expansion into new business areas. At ProSiebenSat.1 Group, Bernd Wendeln was involved in strategic and M&A projects in all segments. Before that, Mr. Wendeln worked in the private equity sector. He also received an MBA from INSEAD Business School.

Abdul-Aziz Othman is a notable figure in the animation and kids content industry in the MENA region. He founded ZEEZ Animation in 2015 to fill a regional gap in kids content supply. ZEEZ Animation is a leading kids and family animation house that produces a unique blend of culturally relevant entertaining cartoons with positive messages. Among the studio’s most notable productions is the recent hit kids series “Nayerat” (an original Shahid production). In addition to working as the studio’s managing director, he is also an animation producer and screenwriter.
